How Does The Progam Work?

The Dynamic Neural Retraining Systemreveals the science behind Limbic System impairments and prepares participants to critically engage with their condition.

Over a series of days the Dynamic Neural Retraining System Seminar explains a number of important elements involved in rewiring the Limbic System.

The Dynamic Neural Retraining System™ employs a combination of therapeutic models such as:

  • Limbic System Neuroanatomy
  • The relationship between stress and brain function
  • The relationship between impaired Limbic System function and a
    host of Limbic System conditions
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
  • Core Belief Counselling
  • Neuro Linguistic Programming
  • Neurosomatic Repatterning
  • Gestalt therapy
  • Life Coaching
  • Guided Visualization
  • Body Mind Therapy
  • Cognitive Restraint Induced Therapy
  • The principles of Exposure Therapy in Relation to Neuroplasticity
  • Self Hypnosis
  • Brain Stimulation Exercises

By first recognizing the unconscious reactions of the Limbic System, participants can then learn how to interrupt destructive neural patterns that perpetuate the trauma cycle.

Through the various methodologies and repetitious neuroplasticity based exercises, participants learn to self-direct positive changes to correct Limbic System function.

Emphasis is also given to environmental awareness.

Limbic System Retraining is an accumulative practice. The more you do it the better it gets.

Significant changes in symptoms can occur at any point from the introduction of training to the sixth month of practice.

For best results a commitment of daily practice over a consecutive six month period is required to better establish and reinforce changes.

Seminar venues are chosen with environmental awareness, along with a strict “no chemicals” guideline for all participants to ensure comfort and safety for those who are severely chemically intolerant.

Class sizes are limited to ten participants per seminar.
